You don’t have to hit a rock bottom to want to change your relationship with alcohol. Many people are now making the radical choice to remove alcohol from their lives, not because they have to, but because they are prioritising their peace, happiness and wellbeing, and they are flourishing because of it
If you have that niggling feeling that alcohol is no longer serving you, or that it is taking more than it is giving, book a free discovery call on my website and let’s talk.
Many of the women I work with, would class themselves as a “Grey Area Drinker”. This is that vast space between being able to “take it or leave it” and the kind of drinking that would be described as problematic. It is the pouring of wine on a night to de-stress, even when we don’t want to. It is the drinking when we go out, because we are not sure how to have fun without it. It is the robbing of our peace or our sleep, the lowering of our mood and heightening of our anxiety, and the quiet erosion of our self-confidence and self-love. It is often not about how much we drink, but about how we feel when we do.
Many of the women that I work with have lost sight, of who they really are, and what they really want and I work with them to find out what this is. Through this we re-ignite their spark. This is the rediscovery part – the best bit. Removing alcohol is not just about the alcohol, but about ensuring we create a life that we don’t need to escape from. We delve into what really lights you up and brings you joy, we discover what your values are and how you can live in alignment with them, and we look at your shoulds, the things you have to do, the things you want to do, and your wildest dreams, we then make sure the balance is right. I hold you accountable to going after all the things that give you meaning, joy, purpose and that support you in flourishing.
