Supporting women who feel a sense of disconnect in life, whether through illness, health challenges, chronic stress or personal life/work stressors:
Empowering & supporting you on your unique pathway towards enhanced connection & engagement in daily life; empowering you towards reclaiming your identity, living a life of meaning & purpose; helping cultivate enhanced awareness & connection with yourself, your body & your mind, and how you show up to your world.
I support women understand more about themselves & their complex life interactions, validating the impact of health challenges & personal stressors on their lives.
Learning more about what helps & what isn’t so helpful through understanding their unique way of engaging, relating & connecting with their world, I empower women in building personalised pathways for managing health & wellbeing challenges & easing emotional distress.
Working alongside personal values & aspirations, I support women build confidence to embrace their own path, imbuing a sense of hope for living their lives more fully.
I deliver a creative, therapeutic integration of Occupational Therapy & Mindfulness-Based Approaches, interweaving self-compassion & acceptance-based concepts through my therapy and coaching & enabling women towards their light through the supportive space I offer.
My online sessions help women manage their individual health & life challenges, including personalised & holistic programmes for:
-lifestyle management, supporting personal pathways & intentions for change
